UNDP Elgon Half Marathon with Joshua Cheptegei

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mt. Elgon, this half marathon is as much a statement of purpose as it is a race. Delivered in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme and fronted by Joshua Cheptegei, it pairs elite competition with a clear message on climate action.

We support the delivery of an event that draws professional athletes and recreational runners onto the same course, in a celebration of sport and environmental stewardship. Since 2023 it has grown into one of the region's most distinctive races, using the mountain itself as the argument for protecting it.
